This item is the front cover for the "Dominion Illustrated" of 11th August, 1888.
Item 1999-1300-492 has a total of eight folios with pictures. These pictures include one of J. J. Curran, M. P. for Quebec; The Toronto University Buildings; View in the Selkirks; the Hon. Honoré Mercier, Premier of Quebec; Foundling Girls, from the painting by Mrs. Anderson; Hon. E. Dewdney, Minister of the Interior; Falls of the Bow River, near Banff, from a photo by Notman; The Pretty Washerwoman, from the painting by Eug. Blass.
